Refund and Cancellation Policy for Krisala.com

  • Only Indian Residents, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) who are competent to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1881, shall be eligible to apply for any matter concerning transactions.
  • The Applicant is responsible for complying with all statutory regulations under applicable Indian laws, including those for NRIs/PIOs. The Company will not be liable for any non-compliance.
  • Payments are subject to the rules and regulations of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and guidelines by VISA/MasterCard/American Express or any other card organization, as applicable from time to time.
  • All payments are subject to the risks associated with electronic transactions, including technical failures. The Company shall not be responsible for failed transactions or amounts debited from the Applicant’s account but not credited to the Company due to errors. In case of any such errors, the Company will inform the Applicant and process refunds, if applicable, after investigation.

Cancellation and Returns Policy for Krisala

  1. Cancellation Policy
  2. Krisala is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

    • Reservation and Booking: Buyers may cancel their Unit booking within 15 days from the booking date. Cancellations after this period may be subject to additional charges or forfeiture, or may not be eligible for refunds under applicable laws.
    • Agreement to Sale: Once the Agreement to Sale has been signed and registered, cancellations may not be allowed, or may be subject to penalties as stated in the agreement.
  3. Cancellation Procedure
    • Request Submission: Cancellations must be initiated through a written request to the company’s CRM Team at crm@krisala.com.
    • Documentation: Applicants are required to submit proof of booking, payment receipts, and any other relevant documents as requested by Krisala.
    • Inspection and Refund Process: Upon receiving the cancellation request, the Company will review the eligibility for a refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 45 days. The outcome will be communicated to the Applicant.
